Next comes your 5 year old who can't wake up on the right side of the bed even if one side of the bed is against the wall. Last but certainly not least is a 9 year old storming out because he is still tired and the house is now too loud.

Bank of America: Save Time {$50 gift card giveaway}

King Baboon and I have been around the block a time or two when it comes to banks in the 11 years we have been together. Two years ago we decided to give Bank of America a go and we have not looked back once!
In those two years I have been blessed with a bank that is simple, and who couldn't use "simple" in their daily lives. I certainly need and depend on it with 4 boys. Bank of America offer people many ways to save time, and this is even more important right now with the holiday season upon us.

Quick and easy deposits: During the holidays we all are searching for a few more hours in the day. With Bank of America, depositing checks is easy. That means no more having to go inside the banks. Bank of America Deposit Image ATMs make depositing checks easier than ever!

Banking on the go: Set up mobile banking that provides secure access to your account, just by downloading the mobile banking app which allows you to check balances, transfer money, pay bills and locate ATMS—which is great for travelling. There is also another option called text banking that allows you to send a text and receive your balance in a reply once you sign up.

I will admit this freaked me out at first. I was certain that I would screw this up and somehow give my life's worth to some dude in New York, but it was easy and so far no problems!

Save yourself that trip to the bank: Forget going to the bank during the holidays! Just take advantage of the Bank of America online banking. It allows you to set up alerts, check balances and transfer money all from the Bank of America website!
Never before have I felt like my bank was doing what they could to make life more simple for me. So many times when businesses try to make things simple they end up making things harder, this is not the case with Bank of America. Bank of America is also helping me save money with the Keep the Change feature, and again with 4 growing boys I can use all the help I can get.

Visit Bank of America today to read about great tips on how to get back your time during the Holiday Season ( and long after)!

Thanks to MomCentral I get to host a giveaway for a $50 Bank of America gift card!

Cheerios Spoonful of Stories: Review and Giveaway: CLOSED!

Cheerios has made a commitment to Children's Literacy with Spoonfuls of Stories Program. Over the past 8 years, Cheerios has given away more than 40 million children´s books by distributing them free inside cereal boxes and has donated $3.2 million to First Book, their non-profit partner, which provides books to children from low-income families.

Beginning this month, Cheerios is providing 6 million Children's books free in boxes of Cheerios! This year there are 5 new books and each one is in both English and Spanish ( in the same book). What mother doesn't buy Cheerios? The books are geared towards children ages 3-8 years old, which just so happens to be the ages ( give or take a few months) of my boys.

Here is a break down of these 5 books along with some information provided by MyBlogSpark:

Tea For Ruby was written by The Duchess of York, Sarah Ferguson, and illustrated by Robin Preiss Glasser. Tea for Ruby is the perfect little book for little girls! Ruby gets invited to Tea with the queen, but Ruby tends to have problems with diasters happening all around here. So Ruby has to shape up her manners and quick. As you can imagine living in a house of all boys, this book was not much of a hit with them, but I found it to be adorable!

Junkyard Fort was written by Jon Scieszka, and illustrated by David Shannon, Loren Long and Dave Gordon. This book is about the Trucktown characters, like Jack, Ted, Gabriella, Lucy, Melvin and more who all work together to build a fort. They venture out in the junkyard to find parts to build their fort. This book was a huge hit with my youngest who is all about cars. Their are Monster trucks, ice cream trucks, dump trucks, and many more! There are activities for the kids in the back of the book.

Ballyhoo Bay was written by Judy Sierra and illustrated by Derek Anderson. This book is about Mira Bella, the artist, who teaches classes at the beach. Ballyhoo Bay is fun for all, until one gray day a billboard arrives, announcing an impending development that would take all the fun out of the place. What will come of Mira Bella the artist and her classes? Check it out and find out!

Sleepyhead was written by Karma Wilson and illustrated by John Segal. This book is a great bedtime story, especially for my two little ones... they like to put sleeping off anyway they can. In this book, Sleepyhead Teddy does just that. I am sure a lot of parents can relate to this story.

What's Under the Bed? was written and illustrated by Joe Fenton. This book is about Fred and he is worried about what creature might be lurking under his bed. He eventually peeks to see what it is and it ends up only being his teddy bear Ted.

To help get the word out on this promotion: Cheerios and MyBlogSpark sent me an awesome Spoonfuls of Stories gift pack.

The gift pack included a set each of the five Spoonfuls of Stories books, a BIG box of Cheerios, and a $25 gift card to Barnes & Noble.

But their kindness did not stop there, they also offered one of my readers the same gift pack that I received.
To Enter:

Required entry: Answer this question: What is your favorite children´s book? ( Mine was There's a Monster at the End of this Book).

Extra Entries

*Follow my blog-2 entries
*Blog about this giveaway-5 entries
*follow me on twitter, you can tweet daily.

The winner will be chosen by Random.org and will have 48 hours to reply or another winner will be chosen. The contest will end November 8th at 11:59pm Pacific time. Thanks for entering, keep reading to your kids and good luck!

Wowzer, it's my blogoversary! Doesn't seem possible!
I know tons of people out there do giveaways for their blogoversary, a huge blog party.... it's not happening. I am just to lazy and I am in a blogging funk, unless it has to do with my book blog. Book blogs are so much easier, you also have something to talk about.

I would like to thank everyone who has left a comment, or came to visit me at Punky Monkey's, it means a lot.

You all don't have to send me gifts, flowers, candy, cake, or booze. Although the last two ( cake and booze) will never get turned down. HA HA HA!
If you still want to give me something you can enter one or both of the contests going on right now on this blog.... that would mean a lot to me... and the sponsers!
