It is so easy to get lost in the hussle and bussel of every day life. Dishes need to be done. Kids need to b e dressed? Laundry is never ending? Errands do not take care of themselves. Lather, rinse and repeat, right?

But answer me this question, what will you and your spouse have when you are left with an empty nest? Kids grow up. Kids move out. Kids get their own lives.

If we do not crave out special quality time for our spouses when the kids move away we just might be left with a stranger. Kids need and deserve to see their parents being lovey dovey with each other, of course within limits! The way we are with our spouses teaches are children how to be with their spouses when the time comes. Make time for just the two of you, invest in your relationship, the pay out is wonderful!
